Profiling physiotherapy students’ interactions patterns in history taking

In physiotherapy education, history taking – in which a physiotherapist interacts with patient to determine prognosis requires set of communication skills can be challenging for most student physiotherapists. One way better understand the struggle that students face is examine language and function interactions they use. This paper aims investigate perform their role-play. study employed qualitative discourse analytic method following interpersonal NEGOTIATION, genre register frameworks from systemic functional linguistics. The data were obtained recorded students‘ role-play final assignments class.
